1. Price Adjustment, Order Validity, and Delivery Terms

Price Fluctuations

1. Prices of products listed on abbusharma.in are subject to change due to fluctuations in source prices and market conditions. While we strive to provide accurate pricing, we cannot guarantee price consistency.

2. In case of significant source price increases after an order has been placed but before confirmation:

• Price Increase: We may adjust the order validity period, shorten it, or request additional payment.
• Notification: You will be informed via email or your account with updated pricing and instructions.
• Order Confirmation: Orders will only be confirmed upon acceptance of revised terms and payment. If not accepted, the order may be canceled with a refund (if already paid).

Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery times depend on product availability, location, and other factors. These are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Delays due to unforeseen events (e.g., supply chain disruptions, natural disasters) will be communicated with updated delivery estimates.
• Tracking information will be provided once the order is dispatched.

2. Late Payment Policy

If a customer fails to make payment on time or misses a scheduled payment, a late fee of $10 (USD) per day will be applied until the payment is received in full. This fee is non-negotiable and applies regardless of the reason for the delay.

Continued non-payment may result in account suspension, cancellation of services, or legal recovery actions if necessary.

3. Customer Responsibility for OTT Account Credentials

Order Completion

Once credentials or access details are delivered to the customer, the service is considered fully rendered. Customers are solely responsible for storing and securing their credentials.

Lost Access

• abbusharma.in is not liable for any lost access, forgotten credentials, or unauthorized access after delivery.
• Customers are advised to:
  • Store credentials securely.
  • Avoid sharing account information.
  • Activate two-factor authentication (if available).

No Support for Lost Credentials

We do not entertain requests for lost or forgotten credentials. Customers are responsible for maintaining their account security.

Refund Policy for OTT Accounts

Refunds will not be issued for issues arising from customer negligence (e.g., lost credentials). Refunds apply only if we fail to deliver the service.

4. Spam and Abuse Policy

Accounts engaging in spamming, abuse, or disruptive behavior will be controlled, restricted, or canceled. We reserve the right to take necessary actions to maintain service integrity. If you text and did not wait for 24 hours for resolution then your account will be cancelled.

5. Privacy Policy

abbusharma.in does not collect or store any personal data from users.

7. Refund Policy

• To the terms regarding price adjustments, delivery times, late payment fees, and refund policies.
• That they are solely responsible for securing OTT credentials after delivery and waive claims against abbusharma.in for lost access or customer negligence.
