Lost Access

• abbusharma.in is not liable for any lost access, forgotten credentials, or unauthorized access after delivery.
• Customers are advised to:
  • Store credentials securely.
  • Avoid sharing account information.
  • Activate two-factor authentication (if available).

No Support for Lost Credentials

We do not entertain requests for lost or forgotten credentials. Customers are responsible for maintaining their account security.

Refund Policy for OTT Accounts

Refunds will not be issued for issues arising from customer negligence (e.g., lost credentials). Refunds apply only if we fail to deliver the service.

3. Spam and Abuse Policy

Accounts engaging in spamming, abuse, or disruptive behavior will be controlled, restricted, or canceled. We reserve the right to take necessary actions to maintain service integrity.if you text and did not wait for 24 hours for resolution then your account will be cancelled.

4. Privacy Policy

5. Refund Policy
